Financial Officer 32 - 24 hours per week

The Role
You will be responsible for the client administration and transaction monitoring of your own portfolio. You will also perform financial administration for your clients and prepare (interim) reports, annual accounts, and tax returns. Another important part of your role is ensuring that we comply with applicable laws and regulations, service standards, company policies, and procedures. You will use your own professional judgment to identify potential risks or concerns and escalate them in a timely manner. You will maintain contact with clients, banks, and external advisors.
Qualifications and other requirements
As a Financial Officer, you are action‑oriented, detail‑focused, and possess strong organizational skills. You have excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships, and above all, you are an approachable and proactive team player who enjoys working together to achieve the best results.
You also bring:
- a completed Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Accountancy;
- a qualification as a Registered Accountant (RA) or CPA is an advantage;
- at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a professional services firm, international environment, financial services provider, or accountancy firm;
- proficiency in English.
